Joe the Plumber on Neil Cavuto

Why don't we have 10,000 guys like that getting the word out? The message they all would have would be the same, "Think!"

Think: If Joe makes $X, and it costs $Y to pay your employees FIRST, then taxes, and finally yourself. Most people I know have to file extensions to keep their employees in hay while they continue to sacrifice.
On the books it looks like you are making bank, but it's all tied up in responsibility.

Obama says "Now government will be First. What's left over can go to your employees, if you can afford them, and finally you."

Think: If your employer isn't making any money, how can you? If you are self employed and your profits are being gobbled up by another Clinton-style government power grab, what can you afford? Will you raise prices? What can the market bear? The Obama tax hikes will be worse than the Clinton tax hikes. With a Democrat majority, and a fascist president, what do you THINK will happen?

McCain's Links to Terrorists!

Just kidding.
We are really speaking of Obama. But, wouldn't that be a salacious bit of gossip the MSM would die for?

It seemed that way when reporters, private detectives, computer hackers and dumpster divers, all converged on Alaska looking for the least amount of dirt on Sarah Palin. All they found was that she wanted a trooper fired for driving drunk and tasering his 10 yr. old step-son.

Do you want outrageous stories of vast, economy wrecking proportion? How about terrorists who openly declare that they didn't do enough? (Uh, that's foreign AND domestic) Or filthy land deals and political pay offs done in plain sight. Why not throw in representing an organization that coordinated vast nation wide voter fraud? Let's investigate the most liberal member of the Congress, who is more socialist than the only socialist there, Bernie Saunders! As a matter of fact, that presidential candidate was a member of the Socialist New Party back when Clinton was President.

Nah, we'd rather beat up a plumber and a hockey-mom.

Obama Thugocracy vs Joe the Plumber

Joe the Plumber has become a bit of a folk hero for the right. He wants to buy a plumbing business worth $250k. That's not much. I know people who have businesses worth double, triple, ten times, that amount and after payroll, taxes, more taxes, even more taxes, oh and what's left to plow back into the business, there might be some to take home. I'll never forget Hillary's glib answer to virtually the same question posed to her ten years ago when discussing mandated health premiums: "I can't help it if you're under capitalized". Money does grow on trees for Democrats because all they have to do is demand it from real producers, like Joe. That's why the Obama Thugocracy is such a great term (Michael Barone). It's a shake down of the American WORKER that goes to the American TAKER. They'd rather destroy the credibility of a plumber than fess up to the fact that they only see him as chattel. Lorie Byrd and Michelle Malkin have some interesting things to say as well.

Prop. 8 Opponents Lying On Important Facts

Recently, the VoteNoOn8 people have been trotting out all the usual shills for the homosexual marriage cause. It can be remembered that in Boston the same lies have been told, namely that homosexual marriage will not be taught and propaganda not distributed.
This is, of course, a bald faced lie, they already are doing those very things. The very fact that in SF school children were bussed to city hall to see their lesbian teacher marry her partner is proof that they can't wait to get to your kids. It's all about recruitment.
Do you want your kids to learn the basics (which they are widely not), or sit in a warehouse for eight hours being indoctrinated (which they widely are)?
These are the same people who have tried to destroy religion, with their intolerance, only to replace it with something intolerable. SSM is a bad idea and should be aborted.

Joe the Plumber vs Obama the Socalist

Talk about a fast talking shill. Obama is a socialist, pure and simple, he will destroy small business.

"Nobody like high taxes..."

EXCEPT THE DEMOCRATS

"It's not that I want to punish your success.."

REALLY? WHOSE SUCCESS WILL YOU PUNISH?

"I just want to make sure that everybody behind you has a chance for success"

HOW?
BY RAISING YOUR TAXES BACK AND BEYOND WHAT CLINTON HAD THEM AT.

Hexagonal Cloud Formation Found On Saturn

Cassini Images Bizarre Hexagon on Saturn

March 27, 2007
Pasadena, Calif. -- An odd, six-sided, honeycomb-shaped feature circling the entire north pole of Saturn has captured the interest of scientists with NASA's Cassini mission.

NASA's Voyager 1 and 2 spacecraft imaged the feature over two decades ago. The fact that it has appeared in Cassini images indicates that it is a long-lived feature. A second hexagon, significantly darker than the brighter historical feature, is also visible in the Cassini pictures. The spacecraft's visual and infrared mapping spectrometer is the first instrument to capture the entire hexagon feature in one image.

"This is a very strange feature, lying in a precise geometric fashion with six nearly equally straight sides," said Kevin Baines, atmospheric expert and member of Cassini's visual and infrared mapping spectrometer team at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif. "We've never seen anything like this on any other planet. Indeed, Saturn's thick atmosphere where circularly-shaped waves and convective cells dominate is perhaps the last place you'd expect to see such a six-sided geometric figure, yet there it is."

The hexagon is similar to Earth's polar vortex, which has winds blowing in a circular pattern around the polar region. On Saturn, the vortex has a hexagonal rather than circular shape. The hexagon is nearly 25,000 kilometers (15,000 miles) across. Nearly four Earths could fit inside it.

The new images taken in thermal-infrared light show the hexagon extends much deeper down into the atmosphere than previously expected, some 100 kilometers (60 miles) below the cloud tops. A system of clouds lies within the hexagon. The clouds appear to be whipping around the hexagon like cars on a racetrack.

"It's amazing to see such striking differences on opposite ends of Saturn's poles," said Bob Brown, team leader of the Cassini visual and infrared mapping spectrometer, University of Arizona, Tucson. "At the south pole we have what appears to be a hurricane with a giant eye, and at the north pole of Saturn we have this geometric feature, which is completely different."

The Saturn north pole hexagon has not been visible to Cassini's visual cameras, because it's winter in that area, so the hexagon is under the cover of the long polar night, which lasts about 15 years. The infrared mapping spectrometer can image Saturn in both daytime and nighttime conditions and see deep inside. It imaged the feature with thermal wavelengths near 5 microns (seven times the wavelength visible to the human eye) during a 12-day period beginning on Oct. 30, 2006. As winter wanes over the next two years, the feature may become visible to the visual cameras.

Based on the new images and more information on the depth of the feature, scientists think it is not linked to Saturn's radio emissions or to auroral activity, as once contemplated, even though Saturn's northern aurora lies nearly overhead.

The hexagon appears to have remained fixed with Saturn's rotation rate and axis since first glimpsed by Voyager 26 years ago. The actual rotation rate of Saturn is still uncertain.

"Once we understand its dynamical nature, this long-lived, deep-seated polar hexagon may give us a clue to the true rotation rate of the deep atmosphere and perhaps the interior," added Baines.

The Cassini-Huygens mission is a cooperative project of NASA, the European Space Agency and the Italian Space Agency. The Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a division of the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, manages the Cassini-Huygens mission for NASA's Science Mission Directorate, Washington. The Cassini orbiter was designed, developed and assembled at JPL. The Visual and Infrared Mapping Spectrometer team is based at the University of Arizona.
